“Boy, I wish we met you three months ago!” -the sellers say as you shake hands after they sign the listing contract. “We could have been in Florida by now.” You smile and assure them you will help them move in just a few weeks.
Experience, years in the business, big marketing budget, expertise, fancy brochures, elaborate website, long client list — all that helps. BUT at the end the sellers ALWAYS pick an agent they LIKE and TRUST. And no tool can ever replace confident communication.

This is a live private coaching by me personally. You and I will work together on every part of the communication: from the first call on the phone, to first meeting in person, to building rapport and connection all the way to the listing appointment. We’ll focus primarily on the best leads such as expired listings, but most of the techniques you’ll learn can be used with all types of sellers: expireds, FSBOs, sign calls, web leads, short sales, referrals, past clients, etc.
I am keeping the group to ONLY 18 agents so you’ll have plenty of opportunities to try each strategy in a safe, friendly setting, and also actively listen to other students.
It’s OK if you’re a new agent BUT this is NOT a beginner class. You MUST be committed to learning and getting better quickly. I will personally hold you accountable to make sure you do reach your goals.
1. LIVE SESSIONS
There will be four live group training sessions, about 70 minutes each. This is ACTIVE training where you’ll role-play and participate.
2. RECORDINGS
Each session will be recorded so you can listen to it again on your computer or your MP3 player.
3. PARTNERS
You will have a partner with whom you’ll role-play and practice the dialogs every day throughout the course to further improve and accelerate your progress.
4. DAILY BOOST
Every day you will get a short “Daily Boost” email from me to push you, to inspire you and to give you additional tips.
